Return Policy — Scottsdale Watch Shots
Last updated: November 2025At Scottsdale Watch Shots (scottsdalewatchshots.com), we deal exclusively in authentic luxury timepieces and accessories. To protect our clients and our inventory, we maintain the following return terms.
1) Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if all conditions are met:
- Item is in the exact condition received: unworn, unaltered, and unpolished.
- All factory stickers/seals, tags, links, accessories, books, cards, and original packaging are present and intact.
- Original receipt/proof of purchase is included.
- Custom, special order, or marked Final Sale items are not returnable.
2) How to Start a Return
- Email backoffice@scottsdalews.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and all packaging/contents.
- Upon approval, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and packing/shipping instructions.
- Ship the item within 2 business days of receiving the RA.
3) Return Shipping & Insurance
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and full-value insurance.
- Use a trackable, signature-required, overnight or expedited service (e.g., FedEx Overnight, UPS Next Day Air).
- Scottsdale Watch Shots is not responsible for loss or damage in transit on returns.
4) Refunds
Once received, items undergo verification and condition inspection.
- Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Original shipping is non-refundable. A 2–5% processing/restocking fee may apply to cover non-recoverable payment fees and handling.
- Items showing wear, tampering, missing components, or altered condition may be reduced or denied at our discretion.
5) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Complete the return process first; you may place a new order once your refund is issued.
6) Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch we sell is 100% authentic. If a piece is ever proven inauthentic by a recognized brand service center, you may receive a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
7) Order Issues & Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist promptly.
